Jednocząca Moc to ostatnia, czyli dziewiętnasta książka z serii Nowa era Jedi. Rozgrywa się w czasach Nowego Zakonu Jedi i Sojuszu Galaktycznego, podczas ostatniego roku wojny z Yuuzhan Vongami. Została napisana przez Jamesa Luceno, który napisał wcześniej dla Nowej ery Jedi dylogię Agenci chaosu.

Oryginalna wersja została wydana w USA w twardej okładce 4 listopada 2003 roku przez wydawnictwo Del Rey. Dołączono do niej CD-ROM z wersją e-book Wektora pierwszego. Tego samego dnia wydano książkę w wersji audio, której narratorem był Jonathan Davis.

Wersję z miękką okładką wydano 3 sierpnia 2004. Dołączono do niej New Jedi Order Round-Robin Interview.

Polska wersja została wydana ponad dwa lata po premierze amerykańskiej, 1 marca 2006.

Coruscant has been remade into the capital of the extragalactic aliens and renamed Yuuzhan'tar. The remaining defenders of the galaxy are struggling to form a united front.
